Philippians 1:6

Praise God for what He has been doing through the preaching of the Word throughout the “Unveiling Revelation” evangelistic seminar. God is entrusting us with many precious souls. May we be a constant support and encouragement to all of these wonderful people.

Phil. 1:6 tells us that we can be “…confident of this very thing, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;”. Let us remember that this principle holds true with all of our friends that have been hearing for the first time the truths that we all hold dear. God will guide them and lead them through various trials as they struggle to incorporate all of these truths in their lives. We must be careful not to press upon them where we think they should be in their spiritual journey. After all, every different type of seed in the natural world requires various amounts of water, time, and temperatures in order to germinate and grow healthily. The same is true with spiritual seeds.

Where we usually get in trouble is when we put our expectations on others. In doing so we set them up for failure and ourselves up for disappointment. Thankfully, God knows just how much pressure to apply and at the same time He supplies the power to accomplish what He places before them. May God, grant us all the wisdom we need as we mentor and befriend all of these beautiful people that He has brought into our midst.
